Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Schedule: Fixed Day Shift (Typically 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST) Weekend Availability Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Air Ticketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international ticketing, excellent communication abilities, and hands‑on experience with GDS systems such as Galileo or Sabre. This is an urgent requirement for a full‑time, on‑site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international air ticketing using Galileo or Sabre GDS
• Manage reservations, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations
• Provide accurate and timely customer support in English and Hindi
• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams
• Maintain records, invoices, and documentation as per company standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Support sales, marketing, and accounting tasks as needed
• Achieve performance targets to qualify for incentives and bonuses

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong knowledge of Galileo or Sabre GDS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing
• Ability to work a 10‑hour fixed shift with breaks
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills

Experience Requirements

• GDS (Galileo): 2 years (Required)
• International Ticketing: 1+ year (Required)
• Travel Industry: 3 years (Required)
• Travel Agency Experience: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office & Business Tools: 5 years (Required)

Additional Requirements

• Language: English (Preferred)
• Documentation: References, Aadhaar Card (Preferred)
• Shift Availability: Day Shift (Required)
